Shalom Hotel & Relax - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

Our stay was amaizing from the first moment we arrived! Very nice personal, very hommy and clean room, steps to the beach. Breakfasts in Israel are very special, but this place exeeded everything we had before! I would give this hotel 10 out of 10.

The staff at the Shalom were wonderful. They helped us at every turn. Packed to go breakfast meals for our trips. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again if we ever go back to Israel.

Nice clean room and friendly staff but property a little dated and lacks certain amenities (eg no pool etc). On the expensive side for what it is and a few km from the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are

Wonderful property. Second Atlas hotel that I stay at in the Tel Aviv area and it was great. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean and nice room, and excellent location (next to a top beach).

Mini and Vicky in housekeeping were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were knowledgable about the area and took time to help. One day when I felt dizzy from the heat, Mini helped me to my room, brought cold water and a bite to eat. They both should be promoted!

The property looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Espresso maker in the room. Nice lobby with 24 hour coffee/tea. Happy hour in the evenings with complementary drinks and delicious appetizers. Breakfast (extra fee) was delicious. The beach is a few minutes’ walk. The staff offered a “beach bag” with towels and sunscreen. The rooftop terrace with ocean view was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was good

This hotel made my first visit to Israel and Tel Aviv a great experience. I only needed something basic for work, but wanted something close to the beach with a potential view, and this was beyond my expectations. In general, the hotel was affordable, clean, the staff were always able to help with questions and requests, and it was a great location. The rooftop was spectacular for getting a good view, and it was usually pretty quiet. I was often the only person up there enjoying the great view, and it was open all night long. The breakfast was amazing, and completely worth it. I had food restrictions, and still found it very easy to eat plenty at breakfast. They had a happy hour in the afternoons with wine and snacks, which was a nice surprise. The hotel loaned us bikes to ride down to Jaffa so that we could ride along the beach. Also, it’s along the street next to the ocean: we were set up at Hilton beach in less than a 5 min walk. The hotel is on the smaller side, which I personally liked. It doesn’t feel overrun or too cramped because of it. Also, if you are on the fence because the hotel does not have a pool, Gordon pool (a public salt water pool) is only a 5 minute walk away, right on the beach. Plus the beaches are great there, and I found myself not really wanting to be in a pool. I would absolutely stay here again for my next visit.
