"Bed bugs in room 110"

Spent 1 night in room 110 and saw what I thought could be a bed bug but it was late at night and have never dealt with them before. Later the next day I started with bug bites all over. I called the hotel and reported it and they took no responsibility for this and said they have no issue with bed bugs.

The beds were comfortable but the overall condition of room especially the bathroom was horrible! Everything was rusted, toilet was not functioning properly and the bathroom door would not even shut without you shoving it closed. I guess you get what you paid for!

Even though it advertised free breakfast,there was nothing but coffee...no food,not even a piece of fruit

Everything..The room had dead bugs,behind headboard,tobacco spit on walls,stains on sheets..also said our room had lake vuew,it did not.and said they had pool.pool had no water.
