Love the location,we stay there because the location and balcony off main street

The hotel really needs to be updated and cleaned up. Rotted boards on the balconies,bathrooms need redone.needs alot of cleaning. Seen a cup and soda can on top soda machine for 4 days and housekeeping never go it. The doors windows were never cleaned in the 4 days there..I am a janitorial manager,and it was not torn my expectations at all as to cleanliness. The rooms were good but like said needs ALOT of maintenance and cleaning . The cleaners need training.

Honestly would have left and just went home if I wasn't so exhausted. Luckily we were only in the room for a total of 10 hours. Toilet cover didn't even fit fully over the back. Very old, very dingy stale feeling. Hair, dirt and dust left skeevy feeling.

Everything. Cleanliness, old dirty unkempt. Elevator didn't work, pool lights strobing in and out. Sheets gave you the unwashed feeling.

No complaints probably one of the best hotels I've been too in the last 5 years

Tub was clogged so I had to have a quick shower

the property needed cleaned up!we had issues with our room had to move our room p.ce we refused to move a second time. wl not go there again

I liked that the pool was very close to our room, and that breakfast was available.

I didn't like that I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and all the double rooms had full size beds. So it was very uncomfortable for us and we didn't get any rest.

t took a long time to check in. The elevator was not working, no carts were available, and the ramps were wet and missing many of the non-skid strips. The rooms were too dark, and the light fixtures contained a lot of dead bugs. The bathroom door did not open all the way. The toilet ran constantly, and we had to jiggle the handle to make it stop. The shower was in disrepair; half of the showerhead was missing and there was mold on it. The sheets were rough, uncomfortable, and stained. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The rooms did not have their own ice buckets. When we asked the staff for one, they said they did not have any available and offered us a trash bag instead. Overall, the hotel was dirty. The patio was dirty and falling apart. The basement parking deck was flooding due to water dripping through the ceiling from the pool above. The pool was very cloudy, so we chose not to use it. There were roaches in the breakfast area behind the food, and the bagels had mold on them. The pictures on the website and the Wyndham app are very deceiving, as the hotel does not look like this in person. We were told there were no other rooms available close together, even though we were vacationing with family. This will be our last stay at this hotel. We left a day early, and we would have left even sooner if it had not been for my older parents, who had difficulty getting everything up to the room. It would have been extremely difficult to get everything back down because no carts were available and the ramps were unsafe. Using the stairs would have been very difficult as well.
