Bed was comfortable

Room was extremely dirty! My pup found a chicken bone and a room key under the bench seat. Bathroom had hair on the floor and shower wall. Night stand was extremely dusty do not look behind it! Absolutely gross!

"A good place, a good deal"

Breakfast was basic, adequate. Nothing special.

The shuttle stopped at 5 pm and we had to pay $25 for a short taxi ride over to the hotel. Ugh.

"Great place to stay"

Great price, but the staff is the star here. Very helpful, always cheerful. Went above and beyond to make my stay great. Helped with my special request for a room. Was always available for questions. Breakfast food was hot and plentiful. Would stay here again.

"Sad State of Affairs"

I booked online through Expedia by way of United. I travel a ton. I am going to IA in June for a big family wedding. I pressed the button to fast and didn’t select the $27 option to change / cancel so I called right away and left a message for the two GMs that were not there. Then United called them. Opened a ticket for a response in 72 hours. I left another message. Today was advised from United that the GMs said no and no reimbursement. Nothing. I had to book another hotel for my daughter and grandkids because no one would talk to me. $450 over $27 that I wanted added on to begin with? I would never do business again. Very disappointed not only being out the $450 over $27 but having to book at another hotel with all the expenses of the travel and happy event.
