The room was very clean and comfortable - tastefully decorated. The cleaning ladies were so polite and helpful getting me settled. My biggest disappointment and complaint was the last of customer service at check-in/out. Talking to a kiosks is not the same as someone at the desk. Is this the way of saving money - because of this I would never stay there again.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean and the location was perfect. The staff was very professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
We were in building three on the second floor, and there are not elevators so we had to carry our suitcases up and down ourselves. Sometimes finding the right place to turn into the parking lot can be tricky. It’s right next to the paint shop.
The interior security lock was broken and missing pieces. The reading lights also did not work. The front desk is virtual there appears to be no staff or security in the evenings.
Very friendly, I requested a change of room because I’m allergic to perfumes and they take matters right away and they change me to another one. Thank you for everything
