Quality Inn & Suites Lenexa Kansas City

Had what I needed with comfortable beds. The room smelled funny to me, but I didn't say anything. Breakfast was good.

Nice quiet place. Not a lot of noise. Employees were very courteous. I did feel bad for the gentlemen who had to remake the coffe every morning i wad there because i filled my giant travel cup every morning before I left.

Stains on couch/pull out bed cushions and mattress. Stains on floor in our room. Huge spider and webs across the tub in the shower. Pool had earwig bugs in the water and didn't seem chlorinated enough. Cushioned chairs at breakfast area were stained and looked dirty. Hallways on all floors and lobby had unusual smells. Elevator was very slow. Parking lot was small and very littered with garbage and cement curbs were all broken up everywhere. Juice machine has to be nasty inside because the orange juice was gross.

Room and hotel were very clean. We were comfortable in the bed. Everything appeared well maintained. Did not get a chance to try out pool and hotel, but looked pretty decent. Good for a clean, basic hotel. Breakfast was pretty meager- only had 1 non-bread item. Even for a continental breakfast, felt like they could have a c couple things.

The pillows were microscopic. The beds were HORRIBLE. The place smelt like must and mold. Very very very outdated.
