Acceptable airport hotel. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the location is convenient with a 15 min walk (7 if you walk fast) to the terminal and train station. It was nothing exceptional, though. My "airport view" room technically overlooked the airport, but only barely. The (large/heavy) bathroom door wanted to swing shut on its own. Bedside light didn't work. Cleanliness was baseline ok but not great. It was quiet, but this is a business hotel and I was there on a quieter weekend. The hotel bar was a pleasant surprise, with a more interesting menu than the main restaurant. I had a much better experience with the satay than a previous review. Overall, this is a decent choice for a convenient overnight stay before or after a flight. Don't expect much beyond that.

There was direct access from inside the airport. The room was clean and the facility was quite nice. The room had all kinds of amenities.

Even the water in the room was subject to a fee, and a deposit of around €80 was charged upfront for the minibar, though it was refunded on the same day after checkout. As for the prices, they were expensive.

One thing I liked was how conveniently close the hotel was to the airport.

What I didn't like about the hotel: The window in the room could not be opened. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room. There were only two small 250 ml bottles, and each one cost €3.75, which I found unreasonable. If you forget your room key, you cannot access the lobby restrooms or use the elevator to get back to your room. The hotel restaurant is also very expensive, and I felt misled by the pricing. I ordered salmon as my main course and a mini tortilla as a starter. I specifically asked for tap water, but they brought me a small one-liter pitcher of tap water and charged me €8 for it, which I found unacceptable. In addition, the bill came to around €60 for a meal for one person, which I considered very expensive. The breakfast area is very noisy. There is a quiet seating area, but it is reserved for VIP Diamond guests only. Items that run out during breakfast are often not replenished. For example, watermelon, cheese, yogurt, and other items were not refilled. On top of that, I was given a room with a connecting door, and there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring room.**

Location, comfort and cleanliness. The score would have been a 9 if it was not for the grumpy and impolite staff.

Customer service not according to European standard - what happened to “have a good flight”? Basic mannerism and politeness absent. For a hotel in this price class it does not have coffee machines in the rooms whilst people are waking up early, catching flights.
