Very convenient location for all CDG terminals via the shuttle train. Very nice, well-appointed room. Very good restaurant on the ground floor for both dinner and breakfast.

I stayed 1 night, booked through the Hilton.com website. I had added breakfast through the website at the same time of my reservation. When I checked and saw the copy of my invoice in my emails, I noticed the hotel had charged me again for breakfast, twice! I could not believe it as I had mentioned breakfast was included in my reservation with the lady checking me in. I returned to the hotel and the front desk. They lady at the reception said OK, I just refunded you 15 euros to your card. I then told her it was 15 Euros plus the tax. She responded yes. I said Ok, please send the new invoice then. Both the refund and the invoice NEVER CAME. I sent an email to them to ask what happened, and am still waiting for their response. I have been a Hilton Honors member for almost 20 years and the only billing problems I've ever encountered were at THIS hotel. Be very careful at this hotel.
