Hilton Tokyo Bay

Such a beautiful hotel, we had the best stay coming as a family of three with our 5 year old to head to Tokyo Disney. The location is nice and close to the parks while being affordable, the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had with great selection, the room was spacious (very very big by Tokyo standards!) with a beautiful Tokyo Bay view with thoughtful amenities. The baths by the pool was a must visit if you’re not already visiting onsens elsewhere. We would definitely recommend to other families coming to Tokyo Disney.

The two of us stayed four nights at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked a king room facing the park and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of electrical outlets for all of our electronics and charging needs — which was incredibly helpful after long days in the parks. The park view was also fantastic and added a little extra magic to the stay. On our first night after checking in, we had dinner at Silva’s. The food and drinks were both really good. We had reserved a table ahead of time because we weren’t sure how crowded things would be. During our stay, reservations didn’t seem necessary, but I could definitely see them being helpful during busier seasons since the dining area isn’t very large. One really convenient feature of the hotel was the small Disney store inside the property. It came in handy for grabbing a few last-minute gifts and items we forgot to pick up in the parks. The hotel also has two Lawson convenience stores, which we ended up using constantly throughout the trip for snacks, drinks, quick breakfasts, and essentials. The location was also extremely convenient. The Disney Resort Line Bayside Station is only about a five-minute walk from the lobby, making transportation to the parks super easy and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and simple. We also used the Yamato luggage service counter in the lobby to ship an extra suitcase ahead to Osaka for our Universal Studios Japan stay. That made traveling on the Shinkansen much easier without extra luggage to carry around. The process was incredibly easy and the staff helping us were friendly and efficient. Speaking of the staff — every Hilton employee we encountered during our stay was kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. The hospitality throughout the hotel was consistently excellent and really helped make the trip special. Would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Tokyo Disney Resort, and we genuinely cannot wait to come back again someday.

从成田机场有大巴直达酒店，办理入住后行李直接送到酒店，非常方便。员工服务热情，定的双床房，看我们带孩子给升级成了三床房，酒店装修豪华，非常干净，推开窗就能看见大海。地点非常好，酒店对面不远就是迪士尼单轨电车站，一站就到迪士尼海洋，去舞滨站也有免费的送迎巴士，舞滨站有好多好吃的，即使不在酒店吃饭也可以享受到美食。非常开心的一次入住。

nous avons séjourné seulement 5 hs à cause d'un vol décalé. néanmoins le personnel a été serviable et à l’écoute de notre besoin (trouver un taxi à 4h50 du matin) merci

Great location

We stayed in April and was very happy with this hotel. Altough it is not centrally located, it only takes 20-30 minutes to get to Tokyo Station by using the free hotel shuttle and the train from Maihama station. Very spacious, clean bedrooms, views of the ocean and we were lucky to see Mt Fuji one of the morning from our room. Staff very attentive and helpful. Large selection for breakfast, on some days very busy, but team has a good system in place and qeues are managed efficiently. Loved the extra touch for Gold and Diamond guests, enjoyed the special treats! A'la carte dinner was delicious. There are some small shops on site, as well as a Disney store, handy to stock up on gifts and souvenirs.

Clean, modern, easy to navigate, lots of staff make for a quick check in.
