"I had higher expectations for a 4 star hotel, but only recieved a 3 star experience."

Location was great, being close to the airport and free airport shuttle every 30 minutes.

Not enough towels were provided (there were only 1 bath towel and a couple hand towels). Bathtub needed a deep clean (had mildew stains on shower wall). Had to wait for the staff to bring baby crib instead of it being ready upon check in. No one answered when trying to call front desk.

Ubicación excelente puedes caminar al aeropuerto y más que el aeropuerto de Montreal ya lleva varios años con EH adecuaciones puedes llegar caminando

Sábado para domingo no hicieron la habitación no dejaron agua no dejaron café hablé dos veces y nunca contestaron tuve que bajar a front desk
