USI recently booked a stay here at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City. It is one of my favorite AC hotels to visit. This time I brought my mother for a getaway. I had the pleasure of being checked in by the associate Ashley. Her energy and professionalism really put our trip off to a great start. Thank you, Ashley. I hope your management is aware that they have a great employee. I will be returning
Overall a nice stay at Harrahs AC. Nicel lean facilities, beautiful room and nice location close to other resorts. A few issues. Depending what days you go a number of restaurants and bars are closed so eating options can be limited. Parking is $15 for the duration of the stay not what they say $10. The fees and taxes keep going up. The rates start at $27.99 and add on from there.

Air Conditioning in the room barely worked, never got our room cleaned once, food is insanely overpriced for how bad it is, most of the bartenders and waitresses are rude but the guy at the X bar is pretty cool. Was supposed to get free parking with the room and still got charged for that.
USI liked that the parking and room was easy to access.
There was mold in the shower and there is no refrigerator or microwaves in the rooms.
USRoom we had was specious. The 2 food places opened late were great, especially the gelato. Casino tables minimums were great
Minimal kid activities for Sunday-Monday. Family pool was dated with cloudy warm water. Arcade was closed and the more than half of the claw machines outside of it were not working. Pretty dead

The first bellhop when we arrived was absolutely amazing, my husband went down to ask the bellhop people a question and they bit his head off. When we went to pick the car up every time we wanted to go somewhere they always come flying down the hill of the garage like they didn’t care because it wasn’t their property if they damaged something
