i love that the ac was on the entire time at the hotel feel very fresh, the cinnabon there was a great choice.

no music at the river, no water stand at the pool to wash sand off the feet, only a few towels in the room for 3 days stay. why is it early check-in has to be 4am not 12am? doesnt make sense, the gym has little equipment and the adult pool is dirtier than the kids pool. We didnt get our room bc it wasnt ready although it took the whole day to clean, they checked out at 11am so for us came at 12am shouldnt have been any problems.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, starting with the valet and bell staff. The check-in kiosk was quick and easy to use, and we really enjoyed having the kids’ arcade and restaurants right there at the hotel. This hotel has become our first choice whenever we visit Laughlin. Thank you for a great experience!

The only small issues we had were that the room felt a little warm, and the air conditioner was pointed in a direction that made it a little challenging to get comfortable while sleeping. The bathtub also drained slowly. However, these issues would not stop us from choosing this hotel again.

Misleading booking: I booked for the North Tower (DO NOT BOOK THERE) for a “Mountain View” and was far from that. Inconvenient: North tower had ONE working elevator at one time for all guests in that wing of the hotel and it was such a frustrating experience to have to wait in a line to cram into an elevator. Check-in: The front desk had two clerks checking people in and it was such a headache to have to wait for your room.

We ate at the cafe, the service out did the food … excellent
