"Not family friendly"

If you have children, I would not recommend staying at this property. I was in town for a family funeral and on the day we were set to check out another guest accosted me and my 2 toddlers at breakfast. She repeatedly referred to them as ‘animals’ and ‘not human’. I told her they were only children and would quiet down once I had their breakfast ready. I will admit they were being loud, but they were hungry and excited to be at a hotel. Once they had food they settled down. The hotel manager, Ms. Dixon, told the other family she was sorry and moved them to a conference room to finish their breakfast. Meanwhile she didn’t even acknowledge me or my family to apologize for the way the other guest treated them. I am a diamond member and we frequently stay in hotels for short trips and I have never been treated so badly. While the overnight and weekend staff were lovely overall this place was a terrible choice.

This property was 10/10 clean. It appears to be newer but it was obviously well cleaned, including ledges and corners. Breakfast was tidy, stocked, staff was around for refills, we arrived 30 minutes before it ended. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
