Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach

Location to beach and local restaurants was great. Grounds, parking area clean and attractive. Entrance and lobby, lounge area spacious and appealing. Room was exceptionally clean looking and smelling. Bed and pillows very comfortable. A/C unit made excessive noise and kept me from sleeping heavily. Kendal was very polite, helpful and friendly. Pool area was awesome, especially the adult beverage shack! Breakfast was abundant but not very tasty as is the case for most free breakfast. Overall I was highly impressed and satisfied.

Coffee and the breakfast was ok.

The hotel was dirty, outdated and overpriced. The air conditioner was really loud and smelly. When we came back from the beach our feet were really sandy. We would have liked to wash them but the shower (pool area) was closed. We were waiting (and another family also) for somebody to open it (we asked 3 different employees) but no one came so we had to go up to the room like this. There was no daily room cleaning. When I checked out nobody asked me how was our stay…

Decently sized room with a pullout sofa and a very large clean bed. TV had a fair amount of streaming services. Ocean view was nice. Bathroom was clean and there were plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Free parking was great. I didn’t try out the pool, but it looked decent.

The AC unit inside is very loud. The rooms could probably use renovations as they look like motel rooms inside. Peeling paint, stained caulk, very small tub for the shower, and the pullout sofa is made of a scratchy uncomfortable material. The balcony smelled strongly of cigarettes, so if you pay for an ocean view you can’t really enjoy it without smelling that.

The free breakfast and access to the beach

The bathroom wasn’t clean there was hair on the shampoo bottle. The beds were hard and you could hear the doors banging from the other guests.

The rooms was nice, clean and show a very good view of the beach.

Not enough chairs, or tables at the pool. The first day we all have to sit on the floor. Nobody from the stafff offered to fix the issue, they just didn't care. No real silverware to have the breackfast. No real plates, only plastic and cartoon.
