Great helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Guests on other side of the connecting door were quite loud at 6 am. Hallway guests were very loud with banging doors quite early when it should have been designated quiet time.

I was on business and my flight was stuck in Denver. My company booked this hotel for me. It was $160 a night. When I arrived, the place was under construction. And in your way under construction. Dirty elevator, construction dust and particles on the carpet. In my room some floor molding was missing. The sink overflow had tape over it. It seemed like a lower than average hotel at the Hampton Inn Price. I would not recommend. Not up to Hilton Standards. The front desk staff were nice, no issue.

Location, access to restaurant and airport shuttle were all good.

the airconditioner in the room was not working. The fan was the only thing operating. I set my temperature to 66 degrees at night or I am unable to sleep. So needless to say I did not sleep the entire night. I booked the stay so that I could enjoy a full night's sleep before an early morning flight. Because of the problem with the A/C it was a waste of time and money and did not meet my needs.

Horrible experience. They mentioned at check in the hotel was under going renovations, the noise wasn’t that bad that evening. The next day it sounded like they were using a jack hammer right above us and you could hear it through the entire hotel. We checked out and went to another hotel, and I should have demanded a refund for the entire stay not just the second night. I don’t know how they expect people to stay there when it’s that noisy and the construction goes on until after 7pm, they should just be closed until they’re done renovating since the entire hotel is also a mess. Even if there wasn’t construction, the hotel is noticeably lower quality than every other Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at.
