Location- a lot of restaurants rounds, close to ski rentals, Denver and Route 70 major routes for go to Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone etc- Price was very good and the breakfast with granola bar, walnut and Chobani yogurt!

The queen bed can be a little bigger - cause it’s not the regular queen bed they looks a little be shorter, no fan in the bathroom the air get stuffy, and the fire alarmed went off 2 times in the morning

WARNING: I did not expect to have to pay for parking as this is a suburban location. The parking fees negated what would have been a good value. The listing was somewhat deceptive as it said parking was available but should have said pay parking available

"This is not a hotel, this is a scam"

Nothing. We are not able to check in at this location. Like several other people, we came to stay at this hotel because of power outage. The hotel accepted reservations even though they also were out of power. I called what I thought was the hotel and “Jolene” apparently an AI assistant masquerading as human told me the hotel was open. When we got there, after traveling for awhile with a young child, the customer service was terrible and we were shooed away to go elsewhere. It’s been 4 days and still haven’t heard about a refund or gotten any follow up from the property. While we tried to stay at this hotel under exceptional circumstances, the total lack of effective communication and followup makes it clear that this is not a property that is capable of providing acceptable customer care.

We were unable to stay at this hotel due to the condition of the property, although they were happy to take our reservation and our money, they could not check us in, provide a room, or do basic follow up customer service.
