Pleasantly surprised— breakfast was nice…staff helpful—especially Crystal

This place is a dump. It hasn’t been renovated in decades and it shows. For the price of the room, I’d expect much nicer accommodations - towels, sheets, pillows, decor. The indoor pool was okay - dirty on the concrete path around the pool. The pool towels were too small for even my 3 year old son to use. The hot tub was out of order with beautiful yellow caution tape displayed around the outside. The bottom of the tub contained water that green and moldy. Staff was nice enough. The place is conveniently placed between the highway and an empty litter-filled lot. Would not stay again.

Staff was very nice,I booked for the Hot tub which was not working, Its in my filters but the Night Person zchristine was very apologetic as was the maintenance guy.Great staff the seem to know how to work together. I like to try out hotel just to relax.

The hot tub was broken- which was a bummer.

This is always our stop when passing through. Plenty of parking for our truck w trailer.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night to visit Knoebels. This is the dirtiest Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly. Breakfast attendant was working her tail off every time I saw her. Elevator floor was filthy, all the halls looked like the hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Hotel room floor was gross, bedspread had what looked like a blood stain on it. All surfaces in the hotel room and out had smudges, smears and dirt. The chair in our room was stained. There was garbage in the middle of the lobby hallway. I wouldn't stay here again even with the proximity to Knoebels.

I don’t understand how $191 gets what this got. Half hour wait at reception late at night while machines were down. Attendant was friendly and trying everything she could, it wasn’t her fault, to note. Bed was partially made. Shower and bathroom were dingy. I was too tired to complain. Generally depressing night that I’m glad to forget. If it were a budget hotel, I’d understand.
