Staff was great

Easy access right off the interstate, beds were very comfortable and breakfast buffet was amazing!!🤩

One thing for me - didn’t find out about the very unsafe state of the iron until late at night(couldn’t ask for a new one at that point).

Liked the location. Hot tub was great. Staff very helpful.

I came from Oregon to come visit my family in PA and the lady at the front desk Miss Laura was such an amazing lady and I am grateful to have had such a sweet kind helpful person to help me check in

The service was out of this world with ms Laura at the front desk. She was pleasantly helpful and spoke to us once we walked in. Had a smile on her face and told us if we needed anything just let her know. She knows how to handle guest to make their stay great. Thank you ms Laura you are the best

Laura was amazing all other staff was amazing but Laura was outstanding the rooms was very clean and well kept Laura want over and beyond for me the breakfast was amazing hot fresh they let me do late check out and even gave me alil longer parking lot was clean outside well kept.

Ms.Laura the front desk lady is amazing, she puts everyone first, she made me feel like I was at home. She treats everyone like she’s her own family. If you need anything from any staff at this location, I highly recommend to go too Ms.Laura, I will be back at this location just because of our experience with her.

Owner, GM, and staff are amazing! Amber and Laura have been a blessing to us! We broke down with our van in Bedford PA and had to bring it to a local transmission shop. While awaiting diagnosis, the staff at the hotel were so extremely flexible and accommodating. The pool, hot tub, gym and breakfast area is absolutely wonderful and clean! Each and every time we left our room we would be greeted by a staff member and it gave this sense of family that was amazing! Mr. Patel the owner saw one of my staff walking one of our show dogs outside and even told them where the dog exercise area was located so we had a bit more room. I couldn’t speak highly enough about this hotel.

Perfect get away my sisters and I live in the area and wanted to just get away for the night. We booked at the Hampton Inn and let me tell you it was amazing and we will be back again. The staff was a friendly and out going and always willing to make the stay top notch rather it was brewing fresh coffee at midnight or fresh oatmeal at 6 am. Laura is always smiling and eager to say hello. The breakfast is hot and fresh. The pool is crystal clear , and the hot tub is always nice and hot. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Needless to say we will be back again.
