"Enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly."

Breakfast was very good both mornings I felt the hotel location was good but the roads in the area are difficult to navigate. If you miss a store or restaurant you want to go to it’s impossible to turn around.

The elevators need to be refurbished, the carpet in them is worn and gave off a odor.

"Salem vacation"

Check in was easy. Thank you Mark! Breakfast was quick and easy and good. Room is clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay. Thank you everyone at Hampton inn Boston/Peabody.

We had to go home and back to work. Lol

"Close to Salem, but needs some renovations."

The location was great for our trip to Salem, also staff were helpful.

Leaking holes in ceilings, wet carpets, buckets in the hallway full of leaking rain water, thin blankets. Facility in need of repairs. $1200 to stay 3 nights seems a pretty high cost to stay at that facility. Seems we were given the “Halloween tourist” rate

"Expensive for what it was"

Breakfast staff very polite and friendly .. reception staff not helpful at all .. swimming pool was good and clean.

Over charged me at property and took ages to get money back. Hall ways and lifts felt grubby and had weird stale smoke smell . For how much it was needed up dating .. sane with room bathroom.

"Ok location but wasn’t worth the cost."

Easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast was good and clean. The pool it self was clean.

The price was double than the other 2 Hampton Inn we stayed at during our trip. Not sure if it was due to it being 20 minutes from Salem in October. This one the carpets and floors were dirty and sticky in all the common areas.
