The lobby was so comfy

Our sore was broken. We had to body slam the door to get it open. It was awful

Well I’ve stayed at a lot of Hamptons but this was probably the shabbiest of them all. The service staff was great, but we couldn’t get into the pool without having the front desk open the door for us to make sure kids didn’t go in unattended, also there is a hot tub but not in order for 2 years and no plan to fix it, disappointing. The hotel itself is in serious need of updating, the bathroom especially was very worn, mold stains on the ceiling, stains on the carpet/upholstered bench etc. not to mention hair in the shower that was not ours. The beds were uncomfortable, every movement of my spouse transferred making it feel like we were on a water bed. The other bed felt the same way according to the kids. Overall, for this very popular region and high dollar costs during the peak season, I’d expect some of the profits to be re-invested in this property.

Staff was very helpful checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed there were no campers surrounding the property. Enjoyed our stay.

The room needs to be updated. The faucet doesn't turn of easily on the sink. Rooms just seem old and dated. We asked for another pillow and blanket but never received them.

The hotel was clean but outdated. The door handle to the room was so old that it slumped. I returned to the front desk to have them tell me to try pulling up on the handle; it would open. Later, I had a very noisy room above me. I called the front desk to have them make a courtesy call at 10:00 p.m. I was told this is a family-friendly hotel and to deal with it. Breakfast was out of everything: no eggs, sausage, or attendant. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Desk staff very helpful and polite when I had some travel issues. The lock in the room was hard to open, but they helped me with it. An older hotel, but was fine for me for one night!

Great service, easy location!

Bozeman is ridiculous for price of hotels. Was a nice hotel with nice staff just not worth what you have to pay but this hotel was more reasonably priced than many others in Bozeman.
