The location is located in quiet area.

The room was already quite warm when we entered, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning. I had to keep the door open for most of the evening in an attempt to lower the temperature, but this did not help. As a result, we were not able to sleep properly that night. I reported the issue to the reception. However, I was informed that there were no alternative rooms available and that nothing could be done to resolve the problem. The only suggestion given was to open the window, but this was not a practical solution, as the window could not be opened sufficiently to improve ventilation. After that, no further assistance was provided. At check-out, I raised this complaint again and was advised to send an email to the owner/manager to request compensation. I did so, but to date, I have not received any response. Unfortunately, this experience has left me quite dissatisfied with my stay at your hotel in Brussels.
