This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had during my many stays as a frequent traveler. My recent business conference at Hilton exceeded expectations in every way. A special shout-out to Sadie at the front desk for her exceptional service, professionalism, and attentiveness to our conference needs. She ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d also like to recognize Sunny and Leanne from Sales, Melissa the General Manager, and Shantel from Housekeeping. Each of them demonstrated outstanding hospitality and went above and beyond to make our event a success. What truly created a lasting “wow” experience was their thoughtful surprise for one of our attendees who was celebrating his birthday during the conference. The hotel team arranged a cake with his name beautifully inscribed and surprised him — and all of us — by coming in and singing Happy Birthday. That level of care and personal attention speaks volumes about their commitment to guest experience. I truly appreciate the entire team’s effort and look forward to future visits at this location.
