The staff was great and accommodating! Especially the guy on late shift and the night audit guy (sorry I didn’t get their names). Except when I checked out. I was charged $20 for late checkout bc I used booking.com even though I was Hilton honors member.

I was not able to stay in my first room assigned it was pretty worn out and gross. And seemed like the whole third floor smelled. Like old water or something maybe a wet dog. Water stains in room and mold
