"Awful experience with this hotel"

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. Worst experience we've ever had with a hotel. Shoddy rooms, poorly trained and rude staff, and we had an infuriating experience with the management in trying to secure a refund for a room that was confirmed in email but not provided. A truly awful experience. There are plenty of other hotels in Greenville to choose from. This place was a nightmare.

Our only issue was the air conditioner which emitted a distressing musty odor. Pillows were loaded with a mold smell. The first room we were in smelled like sewage. This is all too bad because everything else was quite good.
