The staff.

Breakfast was ok the late shift front desk guy was really nice.

The bathtub water ran nonstop in the off position and made noise. The light fixture at the door didn’t completely turn off in the off position. It was like the lite was dimmed all the way down. So at night that was annoying. Cleaning person tried to come in around 6:30am on a Saturday. No my do not disturb sign was not out, but why are they there so early.

So we stayed here for a week to explore the Stockyards and chose this location as it was near to the NASCAR track, it is in a good location for that, so there is no bar etc, there is a fuel station store within walking distance that has some variety in food and drinks, there is also the Garden inn over the highway which is good, bed was comfy and plenty of parking, when we had a thunderstorm the carpet was wet near the window and also the roof was leaking a little in the lobby area, the breakfast is simple but adequate, the pool was not being used, could do with some more outside seating, rooms are not cleaned if you leave after a certain time in the day, the staff are ok but could not print us an invoice out when we checked out and we still have not received that by email, if you just want somewhere to put your head down it is good but don't expect anything more

The location for the Speedway was good, also a convenient store/petrol station in walking distance which was good as there is no bar or restaurant at this hotel, beds pretty comfy and large car park , breakfast is adequate

when we had a thunderstorm the carpet was soaking near the window in the room, in the lobby rainwater was dripping from the ceiling, rooms were not cleaned if you left them after late morning, it is a little tired, the pool was not in operation at all, needs renovating, still awaiting an invoice as the front desk person did not know how to print one when we checked out, could do with more seating outside

Check in was super easy. Very friendly people at the frint desk. Really good breakfast. Housekeepers didnt speak one word of english but we kind of expected that. The pool was really nice. Parking was much better than most. We would go back.

The staff was nice. The rooms are out dated but the bed was comfortable.

Did not have fresh towels nor the room cleaned as expected. No mention or notice from the front desk.
