Rooms were outstanding newly renovated. Owner stays on the property so that’s a plus.

Could update the mattress from the old spring ones. But it wasn’t that bad.

Nice people. Clean clean place. Bed and pillows a bit hard. Otherwise real good.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed … Super clean, bed was incredibly comfortable.. The owner obviously is skilled as he did the renovations himself. I originally chose this place based on the fact that it has a full size refrigerator so I could store the frozen items I was carrying.. the price was fantastic as well. Mom& Pop motels are being swallowed by by corporate American… but this places remains a small beacon of honest work and authenticity.

We stayed here at the Budget Inn & Suites for the weekend in between our work week. PJ the owner was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, updated furniture, clean linen was provided - No complaints at all! It's a quiet area and close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed - Weekend stay here was comfortable and straight to the point.

It was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was brand new and spotless!

The outside is outdated, but I did not mind.
