It was a very nice room. Clean and comfortable which is what I expect when staying at a Hampton INN. It is close to food and shopping. Friendly staff and we will stay hear again when in the area. Lots of adventures within driving distance of this location.

"Bad experience after long day"

Only horrible experience ever at Hampton inn. Too tired to go in detail. Hilton needs to train their hotel managers and workers. Slogans don’t cut it. They did not make be Happy. I hope this never happens again. I know more about hospitality and how to treat customers than the hotel employees. Your reputation is everything in this business. Quick summary Sent us with luggage to a room where the keys did not work only to be sent back to the room again moving all your luggage to find the WiFi does not work because they gave you the wrong room. Back down again to the front desk where they asked to move all our luggage again to a new room after we got settled in. Misplaced key medication in all the chaos. Manager made it sound like this was normal and worker never gave us any eye contact. I was at another Hampton in Oxford OH and it was wonderful experience. Believe me the very last thing I want to do after a long day is to spend my time writing a bad review. This not about a mistake, mistakes happen. I understand that this about how bad they treated the customer after the mistake.

Never again! Tv didn’t work, called them twice and they told us 4-5 steps we needed to go through to make it work. So no remote, had to turn it on manually.Front entranceway was closed, construction. Out of body wash in the shower dispenser. Way over priced. Front desk was arguing with other customers.

Looked nice but needed to be cleaned a bit better. It was very noisy, doors slamming and ice machine was VERY noisy! Front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us.
