Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and accomendating

The staff were professional and kind. The property was well groomed and beautiful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Thanks all for making our stay away from home so easy.

Clean with comfy bedding. Quiet location with nice views from back and front of hotel. Nice grab n go reach in frig in the lobby. No microwave in the room. Standard breakfast food. No alternative milk. But covers all the bases. Nice stay. I would book again.

This is a very clean hotel with a decent pool and excellent customer service. The staff is all very friendly & more than willing to help. However - the linens on the bed are all very poor quality and scratchy, and the pillows are lumpy and unsupportive. The bed, although older, was comfortable. The towels, although not very generous sized, were fluffy and soft, EXCEPT for the towels at the pool, which were very old, worn, and small for an adult of any size.

Uniqueness was the view from the front of the building. What I didn't like was the fact that I was booking on Expedia which prevented my earning IHG points.

Hotel seems relatively new, staff friendly and helpful. Not many dining options in the area.

It was good however, after spending two nights I asked from cleaning lady to clean the bathroom, change sheets and clean the carpet after I left around 9 am to my school work but when I returned back to hotel around 3pm, she only put some towels and straighten up the bed. The carpet was still dirty, commode was dirty, shower tub had hair and bedsheets were old ones, so I did mention it to the front desk and they said they would give some points.
