Paid extra for a fireplace that didn’t emit heat. There were empty alcohol containers in the cupboard. There was no toaster or salt and pepper in the “fully equipped kitchen”. The bathroom light switch is outside of the bathroom.

Nice room. Good breakfast.

Location. Next to busy highway with lots of road noise.

All the staff were extremely polite and courteous. The Hotels was very clean and updated. At the time we stayed this hotel was the only hotel in the area that had a working indoor pool. Even though we didn't use it. The showers had great water pressure and did not run out of hot water. The bathroom vanity was big enough for my wife and three teenage girls to use. The room was spacious for my family of five (again 3 teenage girls). The bed linens felt good (NOT MATTRESSES) and the A/C and heater were great. Fridge in the room was decent size but did not have a freezer. Smart TV was decent quality and had a few channels but did have Netflix available if you have an account as well as several other streaming services.

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and appeared to be very old. I asked if there was anything they could do to help and the brought me an even older egg crate mattress topper. DID NOT help at all. My wife slept sitting up on the couch the last two nights. The breakfast was not good. The eggs tasted funny as well as everything else that was prepared hot. They did have a waffle station, but they only had two waffle irons. For a hotel of that size, it the line was extremely long. Breakfast was only from 6am to 9am. we stayed for three nights, and we tried various times to eat, and it was packed the entire time. Just a little tip, definitely get your waffle before anything else or all your food will be cold. Also, the lobby bathrooms were consistently clogged and with a family of 5 was a little inconvenient. There were a few little things that were not a big issue but not very hospitable. When you book and they ask who is staying and they make you state how many are staying you would think they would give you enough towels and bedding for the accommodation. That didn't happen not a big deal but when I requested more towels etc. They made me go down to the front desk to get the items. Not a whole lot of parking near the hotel.
