Front desk receptionist was very nice and made sure we were happy with our room. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Pool was fun for our kids! Dining options nearby as well!

Right off the highway, some of the best, most gracious employees we have come across. The hotel property was very clean and quiet. Room was very well cleaned, with small extra touches like chocolate mints and a Kleenex bow. Autumn did a great job preparing our room. The beds were soooo comfy! Nice and soft linens and a good comforter, not just stacks of sheets that rustle like newspaper like some other (not HIE) places we have stayed. They were very clean with no heavy bleach or cleaner smell. The walk-in shower was exactly what we all needed. The water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water for a family of four. Many charging ports and plugs available, that actually kept the plugs in and charged our devices. Breakfast was great. We love the cinnamon rolls, and also very much appreciated the bacon, yogurt and chocolate milk that was available. We didn’t use the pool. Bring near the exterior doors at the end of the hallway on the first floor was extremely convenient, but also pretty noisy. The doors slam open and shut, most people don’t realize there’s a room right there. Again, I can’t say enough about the exceptional service and help from the staff. Being recognized as a member and offered a cute game to play for bonus points or prizes from the market was a pleasant surprise. We will absolutely stay here any time work brings us back to the area.

Property is not well maintained and is run down . Pool is gross. Beds didn’t look like they had been changed, just re-made.
