Nicely renovated and clean. Included breakfast in morning was great. Pool, fitness and outside lounge facilities were great. Located a bit away from the action, but WEGO bus stop is just outside and is a great solution to getting around without a car. VIA/GO station is also very close. Only things I'll note is that if the hotel offers 24/7 coffee (which it does), it should also offer milk and cream (24/7), not just at breakfast. It's a bit of a funny gesture to offer free coffee all day without milk and cream. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations from the room next door (not ideal).

I really liked the location, the overall cleanliness, and the large room, which was also very quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, and the included breakfast was quite good. Lastly, I appreciated the large parking area right in front of my room.

I really cannot find any negatives.

La struttura ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative anche se pensavo fosse piu vicina alle cascate, comunque in pochi minuti di auto ci si arriva, in autobus non lo so non ci ho provato.

Piscina piccola e non cosi calda come segnalato, sia l'acqua che l'ambiente. Colazione bocciata, pochissima scelta e non veniva rifornita puntualmente e poi stoviglie usa e getta non si possono vedere in una struttura così.

Petit-déjeuner assez complet. Par contre nous aurions préféré du café qui goûte le café ainsi que du pain frais avec beurre non salé.

Le service aux chambres. Durant notre séjour la chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée et les serviettes de bain jamais changées.

amazing amenities (pool, fitness, grilling patio, laundry) breakfast is new every morning the tv is big and adjustable kitchen comes with almost every convienant appliance ( cutting board, pans, can/bottle opener, strainer, toaster, strainer, cutlery etc. ) ice machine comes with unlimited water fountain the we go bus stop is right outside, very convenient if wanting to travel to clifton if unable to drive (purchase day pass) + close to train strain + niagara transit views the border or this beautiful temple to view during the day very clean, modern, affordable and comfortable i would 1000% stay again for what’s provided.

Great customer service. We enjoyed our stay. We extend the trip for 4 nights. Very convenient and near everything. The breakfast had great options

The pool is a bit small. Couldn't get in, a lot of kids during our stay.
