The property was well-maintained and cleaned.

The indoor pool.

The floors were sticky and gross, but everything else was fine.

Everything was great checking was fast and easy . The gentleman at desk was pretty cool and had us on our way to room in less the 5 mins . Upon getting to room as i had read on reviews furniture is slightly out dated and room was musty like humid carpet . Bed is comfty .. and breakfast is just the best 👌 plenty to choose from , pool was okay found out that id would rather swim outside instead indoor still a cool pool. So much to do aound here .. i would recommend

When I booked I needed a accessibility for a wheelchair. They told me when we got there that the ac was not working on all the rooms they had. In my stay could not take a bath because it is hard for me. Overall the room was clean.

I checked in on the ground floor, near the swimming pool. The bedroom was very damp and had an unpleasant smell. There was no bath soap during my stay, even though I informed the reception. The floor was very damp and very uncomfortable, the air conditioner was not cold enough.

Okay service

It was a little confusing because and other hotel is in the driveway you have to take so you have to drive around to the backside. I didn’t know that Hilton bought the Hampton Inn franchise so that was a little confusing but the front desk evening staff were SUPER KIND and VERY HELPFUL when I needed a late check out after getting back to the hotel being at the hospital. They were the best thing about the hotel.
