So much dust everywhere and my allergies wouldnt stop. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were terrible

Worst property ever! Heavy construction in the hotel, not informed about this when booked. Room was dirty. Toilet was a huge issue. No other room. One member of our party booked/needed walk in shower. Told suddenly unavailable when we checked in. Had to walk to a separate property to retrieve breakfast. And the general area seemed unsafe, lots of bars open late. Would love to get a refund, but either way I’m done with Hilton properties.

The hotel is conveniently located by many dining options and shopping. Although the hotel is outdated, not the cleanest room, also there is not any laundry services at the property you have to take your items to their sister hotel that’s located behind this property. The ice machines aren’t properly functioning the breakfast options are limited.

The location of the hotel is a nice place.

My family and I was looking forward to relax by the pool. We was told that the pool was closed and we had to walk next door to use the pool at that hotel. We got there only to see they were remodeling and the pool area wasn’t clean. No pool towels. It was dirt on the floor in the pool area and the pool room felt like a sauna. Either of the hotels had an outdoor patio to sit. Only one bench in front of the hotel. Could be a lot better, I expected more due to the hotel name. The breakfast seems like it was only enough for maybe 2 families. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also.

The hotel was fine. It was being remodeled, but it was discounted and the location was important.

Stayed in special needs room for 3 nights. Excellent breakfast with variety on eggs and meat. Pool was closed for repairs which was upsetting.

The location is great as it is close to a shopping mall

The Cleanliness of the rooms was poor. One of the bedrooms had stained covering with socks left in the floor by a previous guest. The maintenance is also poor - no one on site to fix a malfunctioning toilet and the bath did not drain well
