The hotel allowed us to check in even they had no water due to a leak. The plumbers had it fixed by 5;30 pm but there was still not a working ice machine at checkout the next morning.

"Awesome Experience "

The digital keys and the online check-in/checkout was awesome. We were able to pick our room on the app and go straight to it as soon as we arrive at the hotel. The only area of improvement that we found was toilet was extremely loud when flushing. You could hear it throughout the room. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again.
