We visit the area a lot and had stayed at another hotel every time. Now that we have stayed here we will not stay anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms, lobby and commons areas are very clean.

The room was dirty, visibly dusty and the carpets needed to be cleaned around the edges. Chair in the room was stained with God knows what. Definitely not worth the rating over 8.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a disturbance when a dog in the room next to us woke us up at 6 a.m. However, I recognize that this is something beyond the hotel's control, and it doesn't take away from the positive experience we had overall.
