Everything perfect apart from the pool looking dirty,Good TV,good breakfast,comfy bed,big room on 5th floor.

Warm cookies and coffee 24/7. Breakfast has lots of choices.

Need to upgrade the room doors, elevator and add make the rooms feel a bit more inviting - theey are very old style

Always a good quality hotel, nothing fancy but very well located. Staff is very welcoming and make you feel safe. That's why Ive stayed 4 times here already

Robbin y Freddy de front desk fueron siempre muy amables. Robbin nos espero el late check in, nuestro vuelo se atrasó y ella con una sonrisa nos atendió y nos dió detalles de nuestro hotel. Freddy nos ayudó unos días después con detalles para el check out y direcciones de lugares. El personal del buffet de desayuno siempre muy atento y amable y muy puntual. La habitación estaba limpia, siempre llegaban a hacerla. La refri es pequeña. Pero tiene microondas.

We stayed at Galleria Palms for six nights and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and always willing to answer our questions or address any concerns. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks was convenient, with multiple departure times that made planning our days easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!
