Property was sufficient for the price but very outdated. Has a lot of scuffs and dents. Shower had issues and the WiFi would not connect despite trying multiple times / devices. Front desk was friendly.

Love this hotel, great breakfast options, friendly staff. Close to stores and the Disney parks. Only thing I really dont like, is that you cant take your breakfast back to your room. You have to eat in the dining area. My kids not only have sleep delay, but autism and anxiety of people. Getting breakfast and taking it back to the room, allows us to grab food, while the littles are still asleep, and feed them in a area they feel safe and not overstimulated at the beginning of our day.

People at front desk made me feel at home. Housekeeping crew very professional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had actually exceeded my expectation. There was plenty of parking. The area was quiet with many restaurants and places to shop in close proximity. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. They assisted me many times with matters of transportation and information.

My room was cleaned well and fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing. Much appreciated. Only this about the hotel is the plumbing needs work. The sinks were leaking and you could hear the pipes rattling when someone upstairs turned the water on.

The hotel’s facilities are in serious need of maintenance and upgrades. In our room, both the tub and faucet leaked throughout our entire stay, and the constant dripping sound was very disruptive. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, it unfortunately didn’t make up for the inconvenience.
