Hampton Inn Mount Dora

Breakfast was good.

Hotel lobby needs help with the sofas they need to Replace with new ones maybe a different material they look and are dirty looking, carpet need to be change they smell thru-out.

Close to Mt Dora downtown area

Food was cold. Oatmeal very watery. Room was very noisy. Close to busy street. Shower had very little pressure. Hallway to room smelled musky and room did too. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn and this was a very rundown place needed some work didn’t compare to the most of the Hampton Inn that I’ve stayed at

Everything was so great. Looking forward to go again

The location was excellent because it was so close to Renningers and Mount Dora downtown. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with waffles, muffins and eggs. They also had cereals and excellent coffee.

It was a little older hotel that could use some remodeling. The bathroom fixtures were old and the bathtub was a little stained. The carpet was old as well.

5 star breakfast buffet exceeding my expectations

The chair in my room and the couches in the lobby/ dining room were beyond dirty! I had to point it out to the front desk employee because it was chocolate brown and the filth shocked me as I saw it. It was skevy. For $150 a night that’s unacceptable. I could have saved so much money staying elsewhere but I thought a Hampton inn would have higher standards. It was Christmas Eve and I didn’t leave due to no refund booking. I’m shocked that the staff didn’t place a cover over the couches. Where is their pride?
