Excelente la estadía, el servicio, siempre todo estaba excelente, los productos que utilizan para el baño como jabón, shampoo, etc son excelentes, toallas, todo impecable. El desayuno también nos gusto mucho, tenía todo lo necesario. Y la mesa que tiene siempre café, té, etc en el lobby es excelente

The breakfast was awful and FAR from excellent, as advertised here. Also, despite being on the 5th floor, there was a lot of noise at night.

Las personas de reception del dia de llegada y la 2da noche fueron 5 estrellas. Amabilidad, desayuno variado, clima familiar, buena ubicación, vale la pena quedarse en este hotel. Nuestro destino era Legoland, esta a unos 30 minutos en carro, fue una buena election para la estadía.

Detalles mínimos pero que hacen la diferencia, la persona de reception al check out la saludamos al ir al desayuno y no fue cortés, no respondió nada al saludarla, ni un simple buenos dias (good morning).
