"Good"

The first room they checked me into was never cleaned, beds had been slept in, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Went to front desk, they apologized and gave $25 gift card and a new room. Second room was disgusting, bed spread and who knows what all over, floor had food left behind. Called the front desk had them come to the room to see for themselves, again apologized for the unclean rooms and again checked us into a different room them looked in before handing us the keys. Front desk staff was good about the whole thing.

We enjoy staying at Hampton and know what to expect. Our breakfast experience exceeded that expectation! Kathryn keeps not only a clean and organized space, but also a great variety of choices. The typical offering were all there; hot dishes, cereals, fresh fruits, waffles, etc. Some Hamptons skimp on toppings - not this one! Two flavors of waffles to make with various toppings. (Including sugar free syrup also!) Well done!!

Hotel was very nice. Cia, at the front desk, was amazing at the desk. Always very helpful, friendly, and always had a smile on her face to welcome you. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was nice, breakfast was good and everything was always clean.

Night lady receptionist super friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and good amount of pillows. Breakfast was good. Our cleaning lady Lexi super friendly and did great job. Will definitely come back again. Pool water warm and hot tub clean.
