"Poor quality and customer service"

We gave this hotel a “1” . First, we had paid for a suite with a door. Our room was a king bed with a pull out couch. The room description and picture that was advertised was not what we paid for. The hotel staff were unable to make a resolution. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty. We had multiple spiders and spider webs in our room. We complained to the front desk, and asked for the room to be cleaned. We did not have a housekeeper come in during our 2 night stay, even when the staff said one would come and clean. We were very dissatisfied with the overall quality.

Breakfast was good. Entrance was under construction so we had to enter thru the back entrance. But everything was convenient.

Had to change from the first room assigned for me because of wet dog odor in room. But 2nd room was ok.
