The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Decent breakfast options

Upon our arrival we saw not one, but two prostitutes. One was being escorted out by what we would assume is their “pimp” and she looked drugged up and very out of it. The same man then escorted another woman in. I’m not sure how that is ok and how the staff allowed it to occur. It did not leave a very warm and fuzzy feeling. Nor feel overly safe.

Central location to where we needed to be. Easy access from freeway. Set far enough back from fwy that road sound was minimal.

Outside needs sprucing up. Signs of wear that could be address w minimal paint or attention.

The breakfast is amazing as always!!! Clean always filled with fresh food truly yummy!

I know this sounds crazy but the trash cans you have for breakfast time are so tiny and in order to get trash in you have to fold your trash and sometimes you get sticky or messy from doing this.

"An OK all round experience"

Staff friendly and open to feedback regarding putting feathered pillows and having more none meat products for breakfast. Can be very quiet but has a lot of military persons staying as a military town. I felt safe as a lone female traveller. Could have done with a kettle in room as has coffee machine and not a coffee drinker but found this to be norm in usa hotels But hot water could be obtained in lobby

"Good choice of Hotel in Killeen."

Clean, well kept hotel. Great location next to restaurants and the highway. The breakfast was enough to hit the spot. No complaints.

Nothing I can point out that I didn't like. Maybe if it was a little cheaper that would've been better but that can be said for everything these days lol.
