"Exceptional"

This was a very comfortable, sympathetically modernized stone-built, small hotel. It was the prefect one-night stop on a tour of Scotland. The choices of breakfast offerings were for every conceivable taste. We would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

"Fantastic stay "

Had a lovely stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Host very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to chose from, husband had porridge with whiskey which he said was delicious. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights end of April Couldn’t find fault everything was excellent. Service from John was second to none. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding all our requests were met very attentive service. Would not hesitate to recommend

Very nice property. Loved the location just at the start of the main street into town which made it an easy walk into the main drag. Breakfast had the best porridge we've ever had!

We had a lovely weekend with John as a fantastic host. Bedrooms roomy and very tastefully decorated…had everything we needed. Special mention for breakfast…AMAZING! And you must try the whisky porridge
