SOUTHERN STAR INN

I like that the property was located closely to the university. It was an extremely convenient location. I did not like the staff experience that i encountered upon arrival. He was not welcoming. He presented a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom was filthy and he declined to clean initially. My family and i went to the Dollar Tree on Main Street to purchase our own cleaning products. Once night came, the facilty has a large watchdog that is extremely big and intimdating. He barks extremely loud. It interrupts the peace. We checked out early as a result of our terrible experience.

It was pretty dirty, especially the laundry

Small property, but nice and clean.

Noisy parking lot and the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Charged for a King Deluxe Room, placed in a standard deluxe room.

Awesome

It was close to family.

The room was not cleaned properly, towels had stains and hair on it. The bed was squeaky.
