"Nice feel in the room but the area and surroundings was not as expected"

The room was lovely with lots of modern tech

The shower although looked nice was not great. The water pressure was very poor unless you were have a very cold shower

"Definitely a gem, and I’m returning when in Bucharest!"

Clean, recently remodeled, has large rooms and bathrooms. Very conveniently located for the airport. The shuttle service is absolutely a great plus. Convenient, restaurant with good home made meals. Wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff.

I had a bit of difficulty with the hot water during the shower. It wouldn’t keep the right temperature getting too hot or too cold.

"Easy and convenient and lovely people"

Staff were great and the room was very comfy. Not too far from the airport for an early flight.

Note in January they seemed to be mostly doing renovations. Would have been good to know in advance next they had so few guests and the restaurant was not operating.

"Perfect stay close to the airport"

The owners are lovely persons. We have been staying at Amethyst House for the past 10 years, everytime we fly from Bucharest. The place is clean and very quiet for a good night sleep.
