The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, Its close proximity to the airport was extremely convenient for us, We were welcomed by the staff, particularly during breakfast—the service was attentive, and the food options were fresh and satisfying. The atmosphere throughout the day remained pleasant, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience that made our stay feel easy and stress-free."

"Ordinary stay and definetely not worth it"

I had dinner and it was pretty good.The service was good

No hot water in the bath.The receptionist ddnt seem to care much when i gave my review.Too expensive for the ambience offered.

"House keeping is very good."

Paul Raj and Deepak are very good for house keeping. They are very supportive and they are cleaning the rooms very well. Also whenever anything is required they provide it at the right time and that too very politely.

"Best hotel in Trichy"

Truly the BEST hotel in Trichy. Affordable price. Strategic location between airport and city centre. Friendly staff(front desk, butler, waiter, and etc. All staffs were able to converse well in tamil and engliah. Room is very clean and spacious. Airport shuttle available. Has swimming pool too. And there is leisure park just like 1 min distance in front of the hotel. And the BEST of the BEST is the in- house restaurant, The Buffet Square. We were served by Mr Sivakumar. First class service from the staff, wonderful ambience in terms of background music and the interior decoration, and heavenly taste dishes. I've tried their masala dhosa, butter paneer, chicken 65, chapati, and carrot halwa which is truly a marveleous cuisine prepared by world class chef. SRM TRICHY HOTEL, defintely will be HotSpot hangout place for me whenever I drop by Trichy in future.
