I have never in my life been so embarrassed and discomfitted. I got to the hotel reception and was rudely told by the front desk officer that online booking are not acceptable to their establishment. I showed them my booking confirmation from hotels. com and they still insisted that i could not check in. I had to place a call to Hotels.com in Ireland for a resolution. I eventually got a room after about 2 and a half hours of waiting abd several phone calls. I must say that your call center is awesome. Your staff rely did his best to ensure that i got accommodation that night. I suggest that you delist that hotel from Hotels.com platform. It was also populated by young boys and girls smoking weed openly. In the final analysis, i was not impressed with the facility and will not advise anyone to venture there.
