We’ve stayed many times here bc we normally have been impressed with this hotel and either we got a bad ROOM or the hotel is going downhill. We left this hotel for the next night to stay at another Hampton inn (bc we usually love them) and the second hotel was HUGELY obviously better quality.

There was split drink going down the bathroom door that had t been cleaned, pieces of fresh paint missing on wall, bed wasn’t nearly as comfortable like you could feel the springs. I left on booking.com I had a service dog which the checkin lady claimed didn’t come across on her screen (second Hampton inn said it came across on his🤷🏻‍♀️) so SHE chased me down in the hotel jumping around people as I tried to get in the door to yell at me for “trying to sneak a pet in”.

It was in a good location and it was clean.

The bed was incredibly hard. We both tossed and turned all night. The temperature in the room was inconsistent. The housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 9:30 am the day of checkout (which is 11:00). As my husband was answering the door, the gentleman was using a key card to open the door. He did not wait for a response and was entering our room. Thankfully, we were mostly ready to go, and after that encounter we grabbed our things and checked out. We’ve never experienced that in a hotel before.
