If we had the opportunity we would stay here again.

Well the first room had bedbug on heating syatem. Was a dispute on this. My spouce who has been a evormental manager over 40 years know what a bed bug is. The cover on this was off. Second room no phone, toe or finger nails on floor in bathroom (not ours)

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Better prices in Kentucky for equivalent quality and better parking. The awesome view includes cornfield and Interstate traffic. One elevator on the property for staff and guests. With all the money you spend on the hotel you will skip the Bob Evans and Waffle House for breakfast.

Staff efficient and pleasant at check in & check out. The property is very clean and quiet! Room HVAC rather noisy, so shut it off. Breakfast could use an egg dish besides hard boiled, but otherwise quite sufficient. Good coffee too! Parking was easy.

Had a nice stay and pet friendly to boot.

I was dissatisfied with the amenities, not the physical ones, but the things like cheap cheap toilet paper small bin wash rags very limited breakfast option. I didn’t eat there any of the three mornings like this management group. Many of their hotels in numerous brands are always administered on the cheap side

Late eve checkin and unfortunately staff had technical issues with person ahead of me. Took 25 minutes… Bathroom had long black hairs still in the shower from previous tenants. A dated hotel.

We were given a room near the front desk where the phone was ringing on a regular basis, making it difficult to sleep. When we asked the desk person if we could get a different room, he said we were out of luck because we booked through Hotels.com. It wasn't until we made him call his manager that we at least got a loud fan (for white noise) so we could sleep through the night. This experience left us with a very negative feeling toward the Hampton Inn brand. We've had good experiences with several Hampton Inns, but this has left us thinking the Brand is not reliable.
