Property appeared well maintained, close access to shopping and highway, and staff was friendly.

Advertised heated pool was in fact not heated during our stay. Whirlpool/hot tub was not hot. When I advised staff of this, they apologized and said a part was on order. This what not mentioned at check in or shared anywhere else on the property.

"Good location, but needs upkeep"

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The king suite we were in needs some maintenance and upkeep. Breakfast was ok the first morning. The second morning must have been a little busier, as the area was quite messy, the milk was empty and the coffee not even hot. The third morning we just opted for breakfast across the parking lot at Perkins. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and walking to dinner. We had a rear room that would be noisy early morning due to garbage trucks and a busy office building. Also, only 1 elevator was working, so it took some time to get to our room and or down to lobby.

"Ok Not the best but far from the worst"
